At Upbeat Miniature Puppies, we prioritize the health, safety, and happiness of our puppies and customers. We understand that bringing a puppy into your home is a significant commitment, and we want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your new family member.

Health Guarantee

Health Check: Each puppy undergoes a thorough veterinary examination before going to their new home. We provide a health certificate from a licensed veterinarian, ensuring your puppy is free from any contagious or life-threatening conditions at the time of sale. 

Health Guarantee Period: We offer a 30 days health guarantee from the time of purchase. If a licensed veterinarian finds a significant health issue within this period, you may return the puppy for a full refund or exchange.

Return Policy

Eligibility for Return: Puppies are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange under the following conditions:

The puppy is found to have a congenital defect or serious health issue (certified by a licensed veterinarian).The puppy is returned in the same condition as it was sold, with all original documentation, including health certificates and vaccination records.

Non-Returnable 

Situations: Returns due to "change of mind" or issues unrelated to the puppy's health are not accepted. Puppies that have been injured, neglected, or mistreated after purchase are not eligible for return. 

Return Process

Contact Us: Notify us immediately if you believe your puppy qualifies for a return or exchange. 

Veterinary Documentation: Provide documentation from a licensed veterinarian detailing the health issue or defect.

Return Arrangements: We will assist you in making the necessary arrangements to return the puppy. The return must occur within 3 days  after notifying us of the issue.

Refunds

Full Refund: Eligible returns will receive a full refund of the purchase price.

Exchange: If you prefer, you may choose to exchange the puppy for another one of equal value (subject to availability).

Shipping

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for any return shipping fees, unless the return is due to a health-related issue identified within the initial 3 days  period.
